Part Time, Live-Out Nanny, Redmond
We are seeking a calm, nurturing, and dependable part-time Nanny to support a loving first-time family in Redmond. This role is centered around providing high-quality, attentive care for a 5-month-old infant and is ideal for someone who truly loves the baby stage and feels confident supporting early development, feeding routines, and naps.
The family is hoping to find someone they can build a warm, trusting relationship with — a nanny who feels comfortable offering gentle guidance and reassurance as parents transition back to work. Both parents work from home, so the ideal candidate is confident working independently while respecting boundaries in a shared space.
Spanish or Portuguese speakers are strongly preferred (Puerto Rican a plus), as the family values cultural connection and language exposure from an early age.
The household includes pets, so comfort around animals is important. This position is childcare-focused only, with no household management duties beyond infant-related care.
