Part Time, Household Manager, Capitol Hill

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and capable Household Manager to support a warm, busy, and kind family of four in Capitol Hill. This role is ideal for someone who naturally takes initiative, sees what needs to be done without being asked, and enjoys being a steady, reliable “right hand” in a household. The family is looking for a long-term fit — someone who values connection, consistency, and takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple moving pieces. This role blends household management, child-related support, and home logistics, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy in their day.

The family has two young children (ages 4 and 2) and a friendly small dog. Comfort around pets is required.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and supporting a family behind the scenes so their days run more seamlessly.
