Part Time, Live-Out Nanny, Renton

We are seeking an active, dependable, and nurturing Nanny to provide high-quality childcare for a warm and growing family in Renton. The ideal candidate values personality and connection over years of experience and is excited to support both an energetic toddler and an infant. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and becoming a long-term extension of the family.

The family is looking for a nanny who can keep up with their active 2-year-old, support emotional development, and provide loving care for a 6-month-old. Daily activities include frequent walks, park visits, outdoor play, and age-appropriate engagement. The nanny will also assist with potty training and help the toddler learn to communicate effectively and process emotions in a healthy way.

This family values strong communication, emotional intelligence, and clear boundaries. They are seeking someone who is down-to-earth, direct, upfront, active, and a little goofy — someone who truly enjoys what they do and wants to grow with the family long-term.

The household includes two dogs, so comfort around pets is required.

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

*Some weeks may require extended hours from 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

*Flexibility is important due to Mom’s nursing schedule

Living Situation: Live-Out

Position: Full Time Nanny (40 Hours Per Week)

Start Date: ASAP

Children: 2 year old, 6 month old

Pay: $25 - $35 Hour

Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to drive children to parks and activities as needed. Mileage reimbursed at the yearly IRS rate.
