Full Time, Nanny, West Lake Sammamish

A warm and welcoming West Lake Sammamish family is seeking a nurturing, engaging nanny to support their growing household. They have a bright and energetic 3.5-year-old daughter and an 11-week-old. Mom works from home and is looking for someone who loves interactive play, outdoor adventures, and can build a meaningful, long-term relationship with their family as they transition into life with two little ones.

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Living Situation: Live-Out
Position: Full-Time Nanny
Start Date: Late August, Early September
Children: 3.5-year-old & 11-week-old
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour

Benefits: Guaranteed hours (30), paid vacation & sick time, paid major holidays

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging, age-appropriate play and activities

  • Supporting toddler emotional development and communication

  • Assisting with toddler routines

  • Preparing simple toddler meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks)

  • Helping to get toddler ready, packed, and on time to pre-school (1/2 day pre-school 9 AM-1 PM)

  • Bottle and pump part washing

  • Baby and toddler laundry

  • Maintaining tidy child play areas

Requirements

  • Exhibits a nurturing and child-friendly personality.

  • Willing to provide a one-year commitment for all long-term positions.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a full-time or consistently dedicated part-time nanny.

  • Successfully passes a comprehensive Level 2 background check.

  • Strong childcare references highlighting dependability, excellent communication skills,

  • Timeliness, and emotional maturity.

  • Take initiative in decision-making that aligns with the family's parenting methods.

  • Demonstrates proficient oral and written English communication skills, including email

  • Willing to assist with light housekeeping and all childcare-related tasks, including organizing, laundry, cooking, and cleaning up after the children.

  • Maintains a professional and polished appearance.

  • Comfortable with cats

  • Drivers License
