Job Details:

(40 Hours Guaranteed A Week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Living Situation: Live-Out
Position: Full-Time Infant Nanny
Start Date: Flexible (Before August)
Children: 3-Month-Old Infant
Pay: $30–35 per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Commitment: 1 Year Contract

Benefits: Guaranteed hours (40), Paid Federal Holidays, 10 Days PTO, 6 Days Sick Leave, Mileage reimbursement ($1/mile), Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

While availability is required until 4:30 PM on Fridays, the family values work-life balance and may occasionally offer early Friday afternoons when their schedule allows, while still guaranteeing full pay.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and sensory play

  • Supporting feeding, nap schedules, and developmental milestones

  • Creating a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby

  • Taking the baby on walks and age-appropriate outings as they grow

  • Preparing bottles and assisting with infant-related meal prep as needed

  • Maintaining clean and tidy nursery and play spaces

  • Light child-related tasks such as washing bottles, tidying toys, and baby laundry

  • Communicating with parents through daily updates, photos, or messages

  • Providing attentive, loving, and developmentally focused care
