Full Time, Long-Term Nanny, Seattle (Magnolia Neighborhood)
A warm and welcoming family in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood is seeking an exceptional full-time nanny to become a valued long-term partner in their home. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional caregiver who is energetic, proactive, highly engaged with children, and excited to support a thriving household centered around connection, development, and teamwork.
The primary responsibility will be caring for two children — an active and adventurous 2-year-old toddler and a preschool-aged child. The toddler thrives with hands-on engagement, outdoor play, movement, and consistent interaction. The older child has experienced some developmental delays that are now largely resolved, and the family would love a nanny who can continue supporting his growth through encouragement, consistency, and collaboration with his therapist.
A background in ABA, behavioral therapy, child development, special education, or related experience is highly valued. The ideal candidate is patient, intuitive, organized, and genuinely passionate about supporting children in a thoughtful and developmentally supportive way.
Mom also has a newborn, though the nanny will only very rarely be responsible for all three children at once.
This is an incredible opportunity for a career nanny seeking a long-term role with a kind and communicative family who deeply values partnership, professionalism, and creating a positive home environment.
