Full-Time, Infant Nanny, Seattle (Magnolia)
A warm and welcoming Seattle family is seeking a well-experienced, proactive nanny to care for their sweet 4-month-old daughter. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the infant stage and feels confident supporting early development and routines. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. Mandarin / Cantonese speaking is highly valued.
Job Details:
(40 Hours Guaranteed A Week)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Living Situation: Live-Out
Position: Full-Time, Long Term
Start Date: July 13th (Latest)
Children: 4-Month-Old (Girl)
Pay: $30-35+ per Hour (Depending on Experience & Fit)
Commitment: long-term (1-year contract)

Responsibilities Include:
Providing attentive, loving care for the baby
Supporting infant development through tummy time, sensory play, and interaction
Following feeding and nap routines
Creating a calm, engaging environment throughout the day
Light laundry
Washing bottles and pump parts
Keeping baby areas tidy and organized
Communication with parents about daily activities and routines
High daily communication with baby (Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills preferred)
Ideal candidate
Warm, nurturing, patient, and attentive, creating a secure and loving environment that supports healthy attachment and emotional development.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, offering children the opportunity for natural language exposure and cultural enrichment through everyday interactions and activities.
A self-starter who can confidently take initiative
Comfortable with parents working from home occasionally
Reliable and available to start before July 13th
Engaging and interactive with infants throughout the day
Experienced with diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and recognizing infant cues and needs.
Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certified, with the ability to remain calm and responsive in emergencies.
Warm, nurturing, patient, and attentive, creating a secure and loving environment that supports healthy attachment and emotional development.
Proactive in planning developmentally appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration, language development, and early learning.
Strong communicator who provides regular updates on feeding, sleep, milestones, and daily activities.
Organized and detail-oriented, maintaining infant-related tasks such as bottle washing and sterilization, nursery organization, baby laundry, and restocking supplies.
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills preferred
