Warm, friendly, and active parents are looking for a loving and dependable nanny to become a trusted and valued part of their family. With their sweet 10-month-old daughter, they are hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys caring for children and takes pride in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment.
Both parents work in tech, with a combination of working from home and working outside of the home. They are looking for a nanny who is comfortable working alongside WFH parents, communicates openly and professionally, and can build a strong, loving relationship with their daughter. The family hopes to find someone dependable who will become a consistent and meaningful part of their daughter’s daily life throughout the 9-month contract.

Position: Full-Time, 9-Month Contract
Start Date: Flexible start date between October 26 and November 1, 2026
Children: One child, 10 months old at start
Pay: $30–$33 per Hour (Depending on Experience & Fit)
Commitment: 9 Months
Responsibilities Include:
Provide warm, attentive, and loving care for one 10-month-old child
Support the child’s daily routines, including meals, naps, diapering, and play
Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
Facilitate outdoor play, walks, outings, and age-appropriate activities in the community
Support the child’s growing independence and developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Prepare simple meals and snacks for the child
Assist with child-related laundry, dishes, and tidying
Keep the child’s play areas, nursery, and belongings organized
Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s day, including meals, naps, activities, mood, and milestones
Work collaboratively and respectfully with parents who may be working from home
Follow the family’s parenting philosophy, routines, and preferences
Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and exploration
Provide consistency, patience, and reassurance as the child continues to grow and develop

Looking for a meaningful, committed position and excited to invest in a family over the course of the contract
Requirements
Have a minimum of 3+ years of professional childcare experience, with experience caring for infants and toddlers
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successfully pass a comprehensive Level 2 background check
Provide at least 3 strong childcare references demonstrating dependability, communication skills, timeliness, and emotional maturity
Exhibit a nurturing, child-friendly personality
Take initiative while respecting and aligning with the family’s parenting style and methods
Demonstrate strong oral and written English communication skills
Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certified, with the ability to remain calm and responsive in emergencies
Maintain a professional and polished appearance
Demonstrate reliability and a strong commitment to the full 9-month contract
