Infant Nanny - Magnolia

A warm and welcoming Seattle family is seeking a proactive nanny to care for their sweet 5-month-old daughter. They’re looking for a nanny with 8+ years of experience! This is a lovely opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the infant stage and feels confident supporting early development and routines

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday/Friday (8 AM - 2 PM)

  • Pay: $40+ per hour, depending on fit and experience

  • Start: Septemeber

  • Commitment: Long-term (1-year contract)


Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, loving care for baby

  • Supporting infant development through tummy time, sensory play, and interaction

  • Taking on daily walks

  • Following feeding and nap routines

  • Creating a calm, engaging environment throughout the day

  • Infant laundry

  • Washing bottles and pump parts

  • Keeping baby areas tidy and organized

Requirements

  • Exhibits a nurturing and child-friendly personality.

  • Willing to provide a one-year commitment for all long-term positions.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience as a full-time or consistently dedicated part-time nanny.

  • Successfully passes a comprehensive Level 2 background check.

  • Strong childcare references highlighting dependability, excellent communication skills,

  • timeliness, and emotional maturity.

  • Take initiative in decision-making that aligns with the family's parenting methods.

  • Demonstrates proficient oral and written English communication skills, including email

  • Willing to assist with light housekeeping and all childcare-related tasks, including organizing, laundry, cooking, and cleaning up after the children.

  • Maintains a professional and polished appearance.

  • Experienced in caring for infants and supporting developmental milestones
